After-sales stage: We establish customer profiles, conduct regular follow-up visits to monitor equipment operation, proactively identify potential issues, and provide regular equipment inspections. We also offer maintenance and upgrade recommendations based on equipment age and wear to extend equipment lifespan.
For older equipment, we provide professional upgrade solutions, assisting customers with equipment replacement and data migration, ensuring uninterrupted power supply during the upgrade process.
