Compact power distribution units comprise high-voltage switchgear, transformers, low-voltage switchgear, energy metering equipment, and power compensation devices, assembled within one or more enclosures. Available in either a "M" or "P" configuration, these units offer a comprehensive package design, a short installation cycle, a compact footprint, safe and reliable operation, and reduced investment. The enclosure can be constructed of carved plate, cold-rolled steel, or stainless steel, depending on user requirements. Transformer capacities range from 100kVA to 2500kVA, and the number of low-voltage outgoing circuits is generally 4-6 for 315kVA and below, 6-8 for 400-630kVA and below, and 8-12 for 800kVA and above.
